Trump Administration Outsources Immigration Enforcement Decisions To The Treason Bar, Democrats And Deep State

The Trump Administration collapse in the face of the Treason Bar, the Deep State and the Democrats in the area of immigration enforcement and border security is almost complete.  Hot on the heels of Senator Dianne Feinstein taking over U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Department of State visa services, mid-level bureaucrats in U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) have turned over border security decision to a rabble of Democrat politicians and the Treason Bar.  In madding decisions, CBP has turned over part of American territory to illegal aliens and decided allow Maria Meza  the Honduran child abuser who became famous for attempting to storm the border of the United States but then was photographed fleeing tear gas deployed to stop her and others attack on the United States.  Instead of punishing illegal aliens, the Trump Administration continues to reward them.

Two Democratic legislators and immigration lawyers escorted a group of Central American caravan migrants in Tijuana past U.S. guards and through border gates on Monday evening.

The group of favored migrants at the Otay Mesa port of entry included Maria Meza, the Central American woman who was photographed when she brought her two children right up to the U.S. border as border officers launched tear gas to repel aggressive migrants. The group also included several teenagers who will soon turn 18 and lose the legal protections set for non-adult migrants.

“After 7hrs, I can now confirm: Maria Meza & her kids — featured in this @Reuters image fleeing tear gas at the border last month — just filed for asylum,” tweeted California Democratic Rep. Jimmy Gonzalez. “They’re on American soil.”

Worse yet, Meza and other illegal aliens were granted a privileged access by Deep State operatives at the Otay Mesa Port-of-Entry, and allowed to skip the unofficial line.

One of the immigration lawyers, Benach, said the group helped the mother and children jump the line, which now includes a few thousand migrants whose places in the moving line are logged by a group of the migrants.

To compound the anarchy at the border, the same Deep State operatives at CBP initially refused to process the illegal aliens, but simultaneously allowed them to conduct a sit-down on American territory, but were not forced back across the border.

When they stepped over the border boundary, the asylum seekers, all from Honduras, sat down in hopes that officials would allow them in for asylum processing. A group of attorneys, law students and other volunteers who were all U.S. citizens formed a human shield around the sitting migrants to keep anyone from trying to force them back into Mexico.

Though officials initially said they would take the unaccompanied children, the entire group sat on concrete outside the port’s gate but past the international boundary for hours. A number of CBP officers with helmets stood nearby watching them and blocking one lane of SENTRI traffic.

Basically, Lady DACA has seceded the border of the United States and decisions concerning which aliens to process to Treason Bar activist and Democrat politicians who are non-stop attacking President Trump.

To add insult to injury, the Trump Administration is surrendering on the Muslim Ban, upheld by the Supreme Court.  It appears the Trump Administration can’t stand up to mau-mauing.  Relentlessly the press and illegal alien activists have been able to intimidate President Trump.

A Yemeni mother who has been unable to obtain permission from the U.S. State Department to travel to California to see her dying son has been granted a visa through a rare travel ban waiver, according to her lawyer Saad Sweilem.

Sweilem told The Sacramento Bee federal officials issued the visa Tuesday morning.

The State Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Bee.

Sweilem is now assisting the mother, Shaima Swileh, with travel plans. He said Swileh hopes to leave Cairo, where she has been staying while attempting to get a visa, today.

“We are happy that she can kiss and hold her son one last time,” Sweilem said.

For months, Swileh has been separated from her critically-ill 2-year-old son, Abdullah Hassan. Abdullah’s father, Ali Hassan, is a U.S. citizen who lives in Stockton. Abdullah was born in Yemen, but obtained U.S. citizenship through his father after being diagnosed with hypomyelination, a degenerative brain disorder.

The family was staying in Cairo while Swileh tried to obtain a visa to travel with her family to the United States to receive medical treatment for Abdullah, but she was repeatedly denied travel documents, Ali Hassan said.

As the child’s condition worsened, Hassan and Swileh decided the father and son would leave without her.

Hassan and Abdullah arrived in the U.S. on Oct 1, and Abdullah is currently at the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital in Oakland. His father makes the trip from Stockton every day to see him.

So, relentless and shameless baby-waving by activists has worked again, like in the Pizza Guy case.  In this case, Hassan, though American, possibly by fraud given the pattern of massive immigration fraud with Yemenis, who clearly lived in Yemen and not in Stockton, CA, was able to lobby Congress and pay for an immigration attorney, live in Cairo and Yemen, but is getting free healthcare at a California government owned hospital, obviously on Medi-Cal.

To make it worse, Swileh is not coming to visit her dying son, but to evade the obvious problems she has with immigration.  Legitimate spouses of American citizens get their spousal immigration visas approved without any delays, unless there is a fraud issue.  So clearly this most likely faked claim that the child is dying is probably staged to avoid the Muslim ban, especially given that Yemen is a source country for terrorism and the home of terrorist families, like Osama Bin Ladin.

When will the Trump Administration rid itself of the Deep State saboteurs?  When will it act in its own interests, not that of the Democrat Party and the Treason Bar?
