Libby Schaaf Still Not Arrested

Oakland’s criminal mayor is back in the news.  Libby Schaaf, who openly warned illegal aliens about upcoming arrests of illegal alien criminals back in February of this year.  Schaaf is back in the news, and unapologetic.  Undoubtedly she was advised by her close friend, Alex Tse, United States Attorney for the Northern District of California, that she will not be prosecuted.

Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf — who once warned Northern California residents about an impending ICE raid — said she has “no regrets” for her actions and said the federal immigration agency “has gone astray.”

“I have no regrets, none. The more time goes by, the more certain I feel that I did the right thing in standing up for our community and pointing out our values are not aligned with our laws,” Schaff told BuzzFeed in an interview. “That’s hopefully the message that is sent out.”

Criminal Libby Schaaf

So for now more than a year and a half, this criminal is still hasn’t been investigated and prosecuted.  This tells one much about the Trump Administration.  It never took control of the bureaucracy.  At the same time that Robert Mueller can continue to investigate the President and his family members for the non-crime of Russia collusion, his own Justice Department will not prosecute Democrat politicians who openly violate Federal law by interfering with criminal, a violation of Title 18 United States Code, Section 1510, Obstruction of a Criminal Investigation,  and other investigations, 18 USC 1305, Obstruction of Proceedings, as well as aid illegal aliens to remain in the United States, a violation of Title 8 USC 1324, Harboring Certain Aliens.

Let it not be lost that the prosecution of Libby Schaaf can start tomorrow if the Acting United States Attorney Matthew Whitaker wanted to make an example of the leaders of Sanctuary Cities.  The real question is why hasn’t he?  Why are Democrat politicians immune from prosecution for the crimes they commit?  We were once told that Whitaker was too partisan to serve in the Department of Justice, but he is doing nothing to earn the opprobrium that is heaped on him.  If everyone in the Lying Press hates you, at least give them a reason to hate you by prosecuting Democrat criminals like Schaaf and Hillary Clinton.

Time for the Black Marias to roll out and arrests to commence.  Start with Schaaf.  The courts might prevent you from defunding sanctuary cities, but there is nothing they can do to stop you from arresting and prosecuting sanctuary city mayors.
