Ladyboy DACA is doing xyr best to sabotage immigration enforcement and succeeding wonderfully. The scam that Ladyboy DACA is running is that illegal aliens bringing minors with them are not even being processed for removal, that is questioned, processed, and set up for a credible fear interview, and then removal hearing, but are being paroled into the United States to appear later at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) office to be interviewed, given a credible fear interview, then set up for a removal hearing. With the parole, they are set up for employment authorization.
The Department of Homeland Security has put hundreds of thousands of Central American migrants on a fast-track to jobs and a slow-track to deportation.
The revelation was hidden in a brief statement by acting DHS secretary Kevin McAleenan, who told the Senate on May 23 hearing that 100 percent of migrants carrying children are released, some without asking for asylum, and are allowed to get work permits as soon as 30 days.The DHS is releasing the migrants on the fast-track process “because they do not have the space” to detain migrants long enough to start the deportation process, said Andrew Arthur, a former immigration judge who works at the Center for Immigration Studies, a Washington, DC-based research. Congress will not fund shelters to hold more than 2,500 migrants with children, so it is allowing the border agencies to be overwhelmed by the rush of migrants.
The slow-track deportation process allows migrants to delay filing their likely asylum request — and so it delays the eventual rejection of the asylum claim, which is needed prior to deportation. “Rather than potential starting their asylum process while in custody [at the border], they are not going to take pleadings until they are in [subsequent] removal proceedings,” said Arthur. In contrast, the regular process allows migrants to be deported in roughly 40 days if border officials can quickly record and process asylum claims, starting with a “Credible Fear” interview.

Now, there is no reason to parole before full processing. There is no DHS labor shortage of immigration officers. To date over 700 Customs and Border Protection Officers (CBPO) have been transferred from Ports-of-Entry (POE) to processing centers for the tens of thousands of illegal aliens Ladyboy DACA has allowed into the United States. Hundreds more CBPOs can be taken from the land POEs to process aliens with only Mexican border crossers inconvenienced.
But Ladyboy DACA says he has a plan, like Nixon’s plan to win the Vietnam War.
McAleenan said he is looking at ways to close the loophole, which allows some asylum seekers to receive a work permit in as little as 30-days after crossing the border. The department is reportedly cutting down the wait time from six-months because they do not have the space to detain migrants for more than a few days.
McAleenan is concerned this policy is encouraging human smugglers to act.

Ladyboy DACA quite succinctly describes the problem of smugglers taking advantage of the system. Xe knows the problem, but xe doesn’t know the solution.
“If you are a trafficker, what you’re telling people is — one, come to the border and seek asylum and you’ll get an immigration hearing…and you’ll be released into the community for a couple of years at least before your hearing…and you’ll have the ability to work and with a wage differential of being able to make 10 times as much or sometimes 20 times as much…do you think that’s a factor?” asked Republican Senator Rob Portman during a recent hearing.
“I think that not only is that a factor, but that is directly how smugglers are advertising the opportunity to come the U.S. right now,” McAleenan responded.
Then Ladyboy DACA inadvertently admits xe has no intention of solving the problem, as befitting an Obama Regime official.
The DHS secretary also touched on the growing trend of migrants no longer applying for asylum. He said this slows down the deportation process by putting off the asylum hearings for years.
If the current Zerg Rush of illegal aliens is not even claiming a credible fear and not applying for asylum, why is Ladyboy DACA paroling those illegal aliens into the United States and given months to make up a story about oppression with the aid of the Treason Bar and the alien smugglers?
