Donald John Trump was known as a tough businessman who was more than willing to fire under performing employees both in his business and in his television persona. It is all the more strange to observe the ongoing open defiance of him personally by Federal employees, both high and low. The leader of that resistance to his policies is sadly always at the highest level, his own cabinet. President Trump has appointed nothing but defiant saboteurs in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), all the more strange since he was only elected because of the immigration and border issues. Sadly, from Day 1 until today that continues, from DHS Secretaries or Acting Secretaries, John Kelly, Elaine Duke, LadyDACA, and LadyboyDACA, each one has both covertly and openly defied the President, deliberately sabotaging immigration enforcement. From Kelly delaying the end of DACA and failing to ramp-up enforcement, Duke refusing to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for certain groups, to LadyDACA causing the Zerg Rush at the border, to Ladyboy DACA increasing illegal immigration, the story of defiance and sabotage never ends.
Ladyboy DACA Sabotaging Enforcement
And as if to prove the point, the latest news is that LadyboyDACA, Acting Secretary Kevin McAleenan, is that increased interior enforcement against the 90% of Caravaners of Death To America By Demographic Displacement who fail to appear for their immigration hearings planned by Saul of Taurus at U. S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is being openly sabotaged.
President Trump has directed U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to conduct a mass roundup of migrant families that have received deportation orders, an operation that is likely to begin with predawn raids in major U.S. cities on Sunday, according to three U.S. officials with knowledge of the plans.
Acting DHS secretary Kevin McAleenan has been urging ICE, an agency within his department, to conduct a narrower, more targeted operation that would seek to detain a group of about 150 families that were provided with attorneys but dropped out of the legal process and absconded.
[ICE Raids Targeting Migrant Families Slated To Start Sunday In Major U.S. Cities, by Nick Miroff, WaPo, June 21, 2019]
So, of the approximately 1 million illegal aliens from the Caravans of Death To America By Demographic Displacement allowed in by Ladyboy DACA, xe wanted to arrest a mere 150. That would not even be a drop in the bucket. Now, even 2,000 is not enough. What is needed is another Operation Wetback.
And it seems that the men President Trump did not chose for DHS positions are the ones actually getting things done, like Kris Kobach building the wall. Or Tom Homan pointing out that Ladyboy DACA is sabotaging the President.
But it is not just Acting Secretaries who are defying President Trump. Minor bureaucrats are thwarting policy and law as well. But, and again mea culpa, Ken Cuccinelli has stepped up in an attempt to reign in the Resistance in U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
The newly appointed leader of US Citizenship and Immigration Services, Ken Cuccinelli, sent an email to staffers Tuesday in which he appeared to push asylum officers to stop allowing some people seeking refuge in the country passage at an initial screening at the border…
“Therefore, USCIS must, in full compliance with the law, make sure we are properly screening individuals who claim fear but nevertheless do not have a significant possibility of receiving a grant of asylum or another form of protection available under our nation’s laws,” he said.
Cuccinelli added that officers have tools to combat “frivolous claims” and to “ensure that [they] are upholding our nation’s laws by only making positive credible fear determinations in cases that have a significant possibility of success.”

Of course, Mr. Durka Durka had to find another saboteur to denigrate the new policy of holding bureaucrats accountable for their performance, or lack thereof.
One official at the Department of Homeland Security — of which USCIS is a part — said the email was “insane,” while former officials said the email was clearly a threat.
Likely this unnamed source was Ladyboy DACA. Or was at least one of his minions. Now, I warned President Trump about the upcoming problem with bureacrats within DHS and the special problem that USCIS will present. [President Trump Will Have Foes In Immigration Bureaucracy—But Also Friends. They Can Help Him Win, by Federale, VDare, April 25, 2016] I also had some suggestions on how to tame the special problem children at USCIS. [Taming U.S. Citizenship And Immigration Services, by Federale, Federale Blog (Shoahed by Google), December 17, 2016] And I will offer this advice to Ken Cuccinelli, besides firing some union thugs at USCIS.
Danielle Spooner — the president of the National Citizenship and Immigration Services Council, which represents around 13,000 USCIS employees nationwide — defended the asylum officers at the agency, telling CNN in a statement that she was outraged by Cuccinelli’s email.
“To thrust blame for the influx and backlog of Asylum seekers on our hard working Asylum Officers who proudly serve their country in adjudicating asylum claims is despicable,” Spooner said.
[Cuccinelli Email To Asylum Officers Sparks Anger, Push Back By Geneva Sands, CNN, June 19, 2019]
First, Cuccinelli must replace management in the Refugee, Asylum, and International Operations with seasoned immigration law enforcement professionals from the legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), the U.S. Border Patrol, or ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO). There is a wealth of experience in aggressive enforcement of immigration law and policy either in retired INS personnel or in current Border Patrol and ERO personnel. Retired personnel can come back as rehired annuitants or current employees can be temporarily or permanently reassigned to replace recalcitrant management at USCIS. It appears that Cuccinelli understands the problem with Resistance from the bureaucrats.
Second, Cuccinelli, in cooperation with Mark Morgan, another mea culpa, can reconfigure USCIS training from one of customer service to illegal aliens, to one of enforcement and fraud detection as first priority at USCIS. Prior to the creation of the DHS, all immigration enforcement personnel, including those adjudicating applications for benefits, went through the same immigration training, except Border Patrol Agents. This was Immigration Officer Basic Training Course (IOBTC); for INS Special Agents, Immigration Examiners, Immigration Inspectors, and Deportation Officers. The training provided a uniform standard and knowledge set for all employees to execute all of the different positions regardless of primary assignment, conducting investigations, adjudicating petitions, inspecting arriving aliens, or removing illegal aliens, respectively. Currently, ICE ERO has a Basic Immigration Law Enforcement Training Program (ICE-D), which is an iteration of IOBTC. Basic training for new USCIS officers must be done with enforcement as its primary theme, and that theme of enforcement first is present at the ICE training course. This will help weed out any illegal alien sympathizers. Those types don’t like guns and arrests.
Similarly, USCIS needs to be enforcement minded in the field, as well as at training. Under the legacy INS, all officers exercised the same authority, unlike now under the different orientations of several components, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Border Patrol, ICE ERO, ICE Homeland Security Investigations and USCIS. While all personnel assigned to execute the authority of an immigration officer, whether a Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBP), Deportation Officer (ICE ERO), Special Agent (ICE HSI), or Immigration Services Officer/Asylum Officer/Refugee Officer/Immigration Officer (USCIS) have the same authority, USCIS deliberately refuses to authorize arrest authority for USCIS officers, e.g. Immigration Services Officers, Asylum Officers, Refugee Officers, and Immigration Officers. Similarly, USCIS employees are neither equipped or trained to make arrests and process those arrested, either for criminal violations of immigration law or administrative violations.
To fight the saboteurs at USCIS, Cuccinelli must overturn this policy of USCIS of being a service agency, and return it to a policy of being an immigration enforcement agency. This means a new uniform for USCIS, handcuffs, batons, pepper spray, tasers, and pistols. And really exercising the arrest authority USCIS officers have, which means arresting illegal aliens who appear at USCIS offices, making arrests for fraud on applications, or making arrests for false statements, etc. This policy change will force out the employees at USCIS who want to help illegals and fraudulent asylum applicants, rather than arrest them.
Ken Cuccinelli has an opportunity that the former Director of USCIS, L. Francis Cissna, failed to take up. Time for Cuccinelli to remake USCIS, and end the Zerg Rush at the border.
Too bad, as if on cue, President Trump succumbs to Ladyboy DACA and Javanka.
