LadyboyDACA Sabotages Remain In Mexico Policy

One of the major problems with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its components is that there is little or no institutional memory with regard to immigration enforcement.  The new components that were created by the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to enforce immigration law came out of the legacy U.S. Customs Service (USCS) and the legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), but most of the institutional knowledge of the legacy INS employees was lost in a Customs takeover of the new components, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).  The result were new components that did not care about immigration enforcement, with the result that when immigration enforcement came back under President Donald Trump, besides the saboteurs at a political level, John Kelly and LadyDACA, there was a lack of knowledge in even how to be tough on immigration.  Legacy Customs managers either had no interest or no knowledge on how to do their job, and the result was misdirection and sabotage.  And no one is more a legacy Customs saboteur than the current head of DHS, LadyboyDACA.

And in no where is LadyboyDACA acting more to sabotage the Trump Administration than in the current crisis at the southern border.  In every aspect, LadyboyDACA is acting to protect and encourage illegal immigration.  This is no more evident than in the new Remain In Mexico policy.  Your humble correspondent was the genesis of this policy, someone got my message to the President, but LadyboyDACA has done his best to sabotage this effective strategy against the Caravans Of Death To America By Demographic Displacement.  [More Options For Trump On The Caravan: Make Applicants For Asylum Wait IN MEXICO, by Federale, VDare, October 30, 2018]  In this article I explained to the higher ups in the Trump Administration that they had a legal option to stop the Caravans cold, something that the legacy Customs saboteurs either did not know, or were deliberately keeping from the President and his advisers, all aliens who seek admission to the United States at a land Port-of-Entry and are inadmissible, shall be returned to the country they entered from, either Canada or Mexico, where they shall wait for their hearing before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the immigration courts.

There is nothing qualifying in the language in the act, I shall quote it again for emphasis:

(d) Service custody. The Service will assume custody of any alien subject to detention under paragraph (b) or (c) of this section. In its discretion, the Service may require any alien who appears inadmissible and who arrives at a land border port-of-entry from Canada or Mexico, to remain in that country while awaiting a removal hearing. [emphasis added, ed.] Such alien shall be considered detained for a proceeding within the meaning of section 235(b) of the Act and may be ordered removed in absentia by an immigration judge if the alien fails to appear for the hearing.

There is no limit by the nationality of the alien in question, there is no limit on the alien’s language,  there is no review by the immigration courts, there is no limitation at all.  All arriving aliens shall be returned to Mexico to wait for their hearings.

However, LadyboyDACA thinks different.  In several ways, xe is sabotaging the Remain In Mexico policy.

First, LadyboyDACA is having “candidates” for Remain In Mexico appear before an Immigration Judge of the EOIR to decide if an alien is “eligible” for return.

In the United States, migrants must see immigration judges before they can be sent to wait in Mexico, and a shortage of judges slowed the process. The Mexican government also dragged its feet on providing the shelter, health care, job benefits and basic care that would allow the United States to send the migrants over.

Now why is that?  Why has LadyboyDACA allowed this new standard to be created, to wait in Mexico for their hearing, the aliens must first have a hearing before an immigration judge?  There is no legal basis for this policy.  Immigration Judges do not review waiting in Mexico.  It is a matter of red letter law.  Why did LadyboyDACA implement this policy? To sabotage it of course.  LadyboyDACA is the leader of the Resistance.  Sad that every DHS Secretary Donald Trump has appointed, has been a saboteur.

In the next incident of sabotage by LadyboyDACA, xe conspired with known homosexual Senator Cory Booker to violate that same Remain In Mexico, or Migrant Protection Protocols, to smuggle two illegal aliens who were returned to wait in Mexico back into the United States.  This is a violation of Title 8 United States Code, Section 1324, Bringing In Or Harboring Certain Aliens, the alien smuggling statute.

Democratic Presidential candidate Cory Booker has caused controversy by crossing into Mexico to escort deported asylum seekers back over the border.

The Senator, 50, visited the Mexican border city Ciudad Juarez from El Paso, Texas, to help five women who had previously been sent back to Mexico.

He was joined by immigration rights attorneys and advocates to get the women, who are fleeing domestic violence, admitted back into the US….

They appeared to have been sent back to Mexico under the Trump administration’s ‘Migrant Protection Protocols’.

Here LadyboyDACA ordered his subordinates, the Customs and Border Protection Officers (CBPO) at the border to allow these illegal aliens back into the United States in violation of law and policy.  Once an alien is in removal proceedings and waiting in Mexico, they cannot reenter the United States.  They have a hearing date for immigration court and must wait for that date.  Why did LadyboyDACA allow a Senator and shysters from the Treason Bar to bluff their way through the barrier on the bridge manned by CBPOs to prevent just such an incident?  This is reminiscent of a similar event in San Ysidro while LadyboyDACA was just head of CBP and LadyDACA was DHS Secretary, where Treason Bar shysters and Democrat politicians were able to force their way through CBPOs with illegal aliens in tow.  This is a pattern with LadyboyDACA.  Xe is more interested in flooding the country with illegal aliens than protecting our borders.

And it is clear that LadyboyDACA is conspiring with the Treason Party, as xe gives exclusively to the Democrats, to flood the country and elect a new people.  Xe is also allowing other Democrat politicians to illegally conspire to make false statements to immigration officers in official matters, a violation of Title 18 USC 1001, False Statements.  In this conspiracy, Democrat politicians and Treason Bar shysters are advising illegal aliens to claim they don’t speak Spanish so as not to be sent back to wait in Mexico.  It seems that LadyboyDACA has decreed that no one can be made to wait in Mexico if they don’t speak Spanish.  I must note that that is not in the law or regulation.

A Democratic congresswoman is sending staff to Mexico’s northern border town of Ciudad Juárez to find migrants returned from El Paso, Texas, under the “remain in Mexico” policy, then coaching them to pretend they cannot speak Spanish to exploit a loophole letting them to return to the U.S.

The National Border Patrol Council’s El Paso chapter and several Customs and Border Protection personnel told the Washington Examiner aides to Rep. Veronica Escobar, who took over 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke’s district, and the local Catholic diocese have interviewed thousands of migrants in Juarez over the past few weeks to find cases where Department of Homeland Security officials may have wrongly returned people.

“What we believe is happening is Veronica Escobar’s office is going … to basically second-guess and obstruct work already done by the Border Patrol,” said one senior union official, who shared evidence with the Washington Examiner from concerned CBP managers and rank-and-file members.
