While Traitor Thom Tillis seeks to trade an ineffectual continuance of Title 42 authority in exchange for amnesty for 2 million illegal aliens and millions more green cards for tech indentured servants, the Biden Regime’s response to the now confirmed renewed zerg rush of illegal aliens at the border with Mexico is developing. The response appears to be the following, initial processing, temporary custody, then release into the United States, likely with the EAD Amnesty.
First, the insanity at the border. Groups numbering in the thousands are just wading across the Rio Grande.
Fox News has obtained footage showing the moment a migrant caravan with more than 1,000 people crossed over the U.S.-Mexico border into El Paso, Texas.
The video, taken Sunday night, comes as U.S. Customs and Border Protection sources said Monday that its El Paso sector has seen 2,397 migrant encounters in the last 24 hours alone.
The city of El Paso has a dashboard that reports Border Patrol in that sector currently has around 5,100 migrants in custody.
“Customs and Border Protection’s El Paso Sector on the Texas border with Mexico has seen an increase in encounters,” CBP said in a statement to Fox News on Monday afternoon. “In order to process individuals as safely and expeditiously as possible, Border Patrol agents from Big Bend and CBP Officers from El Paso Field Office are assisting with processing.”
And what is the Biden Regime response? We know they want to remove Title 42 authority, and have restricted such authority to only Mexican and Venezuelan nationals. This despite the fact that Expedited Removal (ER) is as efficient to use against both groups, as well as all other groups, as none of the arriving aliens have a credible fear of persecution in the nation they are fleeing from, which is the legal standard to allow the alien to avoid ER and be placed in the administrative immigration court system, the Executive Office For Immigration Review (EOIR). But all Title 42 authority is set to expire. For some reason though, illegal aliens think this is a free-for-all at the border, the joke is on them, it has been a free-for-all since the first day of the Biden Regime. Title 42 has been long suspended for all illegal aliens, except, as pointed out before, Mexicans, and very recently the aforementioned Venezuelans. However, either because of smuggler advertising, word of mouth, or just rumor, illegal aliens from other nations than Mexico and Venezuela have been massing for a renewed zerg rush, and that appears to have started as of today.

But what is the Bide Regime response? We have a clue in another story. The Biden Regime is emptying detention space in anticipation of this renewed rush at the border. And this opening up of detention space is not to hold aliens for deportation, but for processing for release.
Some ICE officers have been told to cut down on arrests of even serious criminals to free up detention bed space so the government has somewhere to put illegal immigrants caught at the border, The Washington Times has learned.
The guidance does not appear to be nationwide but was delivered to agents in at least some field offices of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
One officer on the East Coast said ICE officers had been told to focus their arrests on class A felons — the worst of the worst. That leaves plenty of other bad actors outside the arrest aperture.
“We are being told to abandon detention of anyone without a class A felony like murder in preparation for border flights,” the officer said.
It is the latest signal that the government is scrambling to try to accommodate what it expects to be a surge once the administration ends the pandemic Title 42 policy that allows some illegal immigrants at the border to be quickly ousted.

So, the Biden Regime is opening up detention space for the influx. But the problem is that there are less than 25,000 total spaces available and budgeted for. And these spaces are nation-wide and compete with all the other illegal aliens arrested, mostly criminal aliens and terrorist aliens. If the Biden Regime was planning to deport these illegal aliens after taking only a small fraction hundreds of thousands flooding the border into custody, why spread them out? That makes no sense, as they should be kept in custody as close to the border as possible. In any event, I think the few that go into custody will the control group for the EAD Amnesty, which is the Biden Regime’s ultimate plan for an amnesty-lite for illegal immigration. A Employment Authorization Document (EAD) is a card issued to aliens authorized to work in the United States. It is different from a Green Card, which is an identity card issued to Lawful Permanent Resident aliens.
The Biden Regime has effectively ended immigration enforcement, so they want to solve the problem of these illegal aliens working illegally by just giving the population of illegal aliens employment authorization as they did with the Deferred Action For Childhood Arrivals (DACA) illegal aliens. It is important to note that DACA illegal aliens remain illegal aliens despite the EAD cards they illegally received. The Biden Regime will just do a under-the-radar DACA like amnesty of all illegal aliens. Perhaps they will justify it by reasoning that if an alien arrives, claims asylum and the case cannot be heard for years because of the EOIR backlog, then “justice” demands that the aliens be granted work authorization.
Whatever the rationalization, this appears to be the plan, process the illegal aliens through arrest and temporary custody, issue employment authorization, then let the aliens join the backlog in the EOIR. Problem solved. No actual legislation needed from Congress, illegal aliens get to stay indefinitely, then let the kritarchs make the temporary amnesty permanent. Stroke of the pen, law of the land.
