Get Ready For The Biden Regime Palestinian Parole Amnesty

The Biden Regime has hinted at a new amnesty for Palestinians. Initially, it appeared to be based on providing refugee status for those from Gaza who have made it to Egypt, but only if they have some as yet undefined relative in the United States. However, given legalities, this will not be possible, but this trial balloon suggests that the Biden Regime will have to use their go-to, parole. Interestingly, because so few Palestinians enter the United States in irregular ways, their behavior in the United States is not nearly as criminal as those many more Palestinians who entered Europe and became their own crime wave. Most Palestinians come as foreign students and obtain employment in the United States or come as part of chain migration, with many Palestinians going back to the old country to get married. Fun fact, the George Floyd Affair was given to us by Palestinians achieving the American Dream, selling lottery tickets and malt liquor to blacks in the ghetto. Otherwise, and except for cigarette tax fraud schemes, Palestinians are law abiding for immigrants in the U.S.

However, it looks like we are going to get a lower class of Palestinians, good and hard. The Biden Regime is concocting a scheme to bring in potentially two million Palestinians to the United States, illegally of course.

Previously, Palestinians were not admitted as refugees, as the United States had an agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner For Refugees (UNHCR) to not refer Palestinians for refugee adjudication. Palestinians who met the UNHCR definition of a refugee were generally referred to European countries. Technically, an alien cannot apply for refugee status with the United States unless referred to the United States by the UNHCR or another international refugee organization.

The Biden Regime will apparently continue that agreement, but instead use the refugee program to bring in Palestinians with relatives in the United States, bypassing the immigration visa (IV) requirements.

The Biden administration is considering bringing certain Palestinians to the U.S. as refugees, a move that would offer a permanent safe haven to some of those fleeing war-torn Gaza, according to internal federal government documents obtained by CBS News.

In recent weeks, the documents show, senior officials across several federal U.S. agencies have discussed the practicality of different options to resettle Palestinians from Gaza who have immediate family members who are American citizens or permanent residents.

One of those proposals involves using the decades-old United States Refugee Admissions Program to welcome Palestinians with U.S. ties who have managed to escape Gaza and enter neighboring Egypt, according to the inter-agency planning documents.

Top U.S. officials have also discussed getting additional Palestinians out of Gaza and processing them as refugees if they have American relatives, the documents show. The plans would require coordination with Egypt, which has so far refused to welcome large numbers of people from Gaza.

White House Considers Welcoming Some Palestinians From War-Torn Gaza As Refugees, By Camilo Montoya-Galvez, CBS News, April 30, 2024

However, if a Palestinian has relatives in the United States who are American citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (LPR), they likely have legal recourse to an IV, especially if their relation in the United States is a spouse, child, parent, or sibling. A spouse of a U.S. citizen or LPR can immigrate immediately, as can minor children, but others with relationships are subject to quotas and wait times that can extend years. Furthermore, LPRs cannot sponsor siblings or parents.

So, the Biden Regime will be fraudulently classifying family based intended immigrants as refugees in order to bring Palestinians to the United States. This is illegal. Immigration categories are only for those specific categories and cannot be interchanged. For instance, you cannot sponsor a parent on a spousal IV. Similarly, you cannot replace an IV with refugee status, or use refugee status to bring in, for example, the parent of an LPR. There is no IV for parents of an LPR and calling that intending immigrant who does not qualify for an IV a refugee does not make it legal. It does make the refugee an illegal alien though, as that status was obtained in violation of the law, whether or not there were background checks and medical screening.

The Biden Regime has apparently realized this and is now claiming that other methods will be used.

More Immigration Fraud Planned Fop Palestinians

The Department of State spokesman, Matthew Miller, here states that a “variety of existing pathways,” including non-immigrant visas (NIV). That is quite interesting, and just as illegal as calling an intended immigrant without an IV a refugee. Similar to IVs, NIVs are for specific purposes, and not interchangeable with refugee status or for an alien intending to live in the United States, which these Palestinians are intending to do. An NIV is for a temporary visits of limited duration and purpose, such as tourism, business, temporary employment, etc. Which means the Biden Regime is intending to use NIVs to bring in aliens intending to live in the United States, which is, again, illegal, an actual criminal act prohibited by Title 8 of the United States Code, Section 1324, Bringing In And Harboring Certain Aliens.

That, of course, leaves the go-to alien smuggling scheme of the Biden Regime, including Palestinians in the Parole Amnesty. It is slightly less illegal than all the other choices, though still illegal, just less blatantly so. It is as illegal to parole an alien claiming to be a refugee, as it is to parole in an intending immigrant, or give an intending immigrant an NIV.

The real question is why isn’t the Biden Regime just informing the UNHCR that the United States will accept referrals of Palestinians so they can apply for refugee status? That would be completely legal. Palestinians certainly have a colorable claim of refugee status and Palestinians who reach the United States and apply for asylum usually have that application approved.

This though would expose Israel as a human rights violator on a huge scale, causing all sorts of political problems for Israel and their amen corner, one of which would be reinforcing the curren proceedings in the International Criminal Court (ICC) to charge Israeli leaders with war crimes. Bringing in Palestinians as refugees would reinforce the image of Israel as the aggressor in their war with Palestine. So, the completely legal way is likely foreclosed.

The Biden Regime is in a fix. Their coalition of the fringes is sundering as we speak, Palestinians and Christian Arabs in states like Michigan are threatening to stay home on election day. Not helping Palestinians is hurting Biden, but given the overwhelming Jewish make-up of the Biden Cabinet and lower level White House officials, as well as donors, this coalition may fracture. Furthermore, a mass entry of Palestinians will only add to the outrage over open borders. The Biden Regime may not be able to square this circle.
