Confirmed, LadyboyDACA Sought To Kill ICE Agents!

Like Mayor Libby Schaaf, Kevin McAleenan, LadyboyDACA, did not like the idea of the enforcement of the immigration laws of the United States.  So, instead of either ordering the raids to not be done, as is his wont as Acting Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and taking the consequences, xe leaked the details of the raids to the press in order to aid those illegal aliens to avoid arrest.  That is, of course, a violation of law.  It is a violation of Title 18 United States Code (USC) 111, Impeding  A Federal Officer, Title 18 USC 1505, Obstructing A Federal Proceeding, and Title 8 USC 1324, Bringing In or Harboring Certain Aliens.

This week’s big leak about a major Immigration and Customs Enforcement operation was orchestrated by acting Homeland Security Secretary Kevin McAleenan in an effort to sabotage the raids before they were scheduled to take place, according to three current and two former senior administration officials.

In a move he said was to placate Democrats, President Trump announced on Saturday that the nationwide immigration enforcement operation planned to start Sunday — aimed at migrant families who illegally remain in the country despite being denied asylum — was called off to give lawmakers two weeks to work on a plan to fix legal “loopholes” he said have enticed migrants to come to the U.S.

However, all five officials who spoke with the Washington Examiner confirmed McAleenan’s decision to go rogue and stymie the operation was what prompted the White House to call off the 10-city operation.

Now, less some dear reader think that your humble correspondent on immigration and law enforcement issues is exaggerating the threat to those ICE Deportation Officers and Special Agents who were assigned to this operation, let me relieve you of your objections.  Any warning to illegal aliens, which LadyboyDACA’s leak specified cities and dates, to whit a start date of Sunday June 23, 2019, could have resulted in gunfights and deaths.

Now, the pressure is on Attorney General William Barr.  He must prosecute the leaker LadyboyDACA for the above crimes.

Now, as to McAleenan’s motivation, or lack of concern for the lives of ICE Officers.  The raids were to be predominately executed by ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ER), the part of ICE that primarily enforces immigration law, and are therefore predominately legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) employees, not legacy U.S. Customs Service (USCS) employees, like McAleenan himself.  So, it seems that LadyDACA has no problem killing off some legacy INS employees.  Your correspondent has written extensively on the issue involving legacy INS employees in DHS and their conflict with legacy USCS employees who have long sought to end immigration law enforcement.

President Trump should have learned his lesson about appointments by now.  But it is not too late to learn.  His new Secretary of DHS should be Tom Homan or Kris Kobach!
