LadyboyDACA and Customs Pukes Ignoring Illegal Immigration At Airports

One of the major problems with the current immigration mess and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in general is that two of the major components of DHS, created in response to the 9/11 attacks, specifically U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations (ICE HSI), commonly known as ICE SVU, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) are run by managers at all levels who are former agents, officers, or inspectors, of the since defunct U.S. Customs Service (USCS).  Both HSI and CBP were created as part of DHS to replace both the USCS and the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS).  As a consequence, legacy USCS employees have brought a mindset and attitude to both CBP and HSI directed at customs problems at the border, not immigration problems at the border.  The upshot is that immigration issues are ignored by the current legacy Customs managers, and the result is a border open to illegal aliens, whether those aliens are flooding across the Rio Grande in caravans or they are individual illegal aliens traipsing through our international borders at airports.  At the center of this Customs problem is LadyboyDACA, current Acting Secretary of DHS, himself a legacy Customs puke, uninterested, incapable, and unwilling to enforce immigration law.

In another unsurprising finding, it has been uncovered that the Customs management at CBP was uninterested in safely managing the CBP Global Entry Program to prevent illegal aliens taking advantage of electronic screening of aliens applying for admission at international airports.  Global Entry is a system of inspection and examination of visiting aliens and returning legal Permanent Residents (LPR) and U.S. Citizens by use of advanced technology designed for the purpose of concentrating personnel resources on higher risk international passengers, while expeditiously processing low risk passengers.  It is a great program when operated competently.  I am a frequent user and recommend it for international travel.  Never a line and patriotic Americans breeze right through.

But because LadyboyDACA and his Customs pukes don’t care about illegal immigration, they allowed potentially thousands of aliens to violate immigration law with unlawful entries due to failure to competently manage Global Entry.

The Department of Homeland Security’s internal watchdog says the Global Entry system is vulnerable to exploitation by those seeking to enter the United States illegally.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) created the Global Entry Program to allow expedited entry for pre-approved, low-risk travelers arriving in the U.S. But a report by the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) has found CBP’s controls over the Global Entry Program do not always prevent ineligible and potentially high-risk Global Entry members from obtaining expedited entry into the U.S.

Specifically, during vetting, CBP approved four applicants in a random sample for FYs 2016-2017 who did not meet the eligibility requirements and should not have been considered low risk. This occurred because CBP officers did not always comply with policies when reviewing Global Entry applications. Further, OIG says CBP’s policies do not sufficiently help officers determine an applicant’s level of risk. OIG infers that there could be a number of potentially high-risk members in CBP’s Global Entry Program.

Now one may dismiss this as bureaucratic inertia common to such organizations, but given that LadyboyDACA and his Customs pukes are so hostile to immigration enforcement, this can be seen as another, albeit minor, attempt to sabotage the Trump program of immigration enforcement.  Large or small, the pattern of resistance by legacy Customs employees is real and a growing problem, from the top down.  Time for President Trump to crush the Resistance by Customs saboteurs.  Fire LadyboyDACA and his coterie of saboteurs.  Personnel is policy!
